In order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of my country's manufacturing industry, improve quality and efficiency, and thoroughly implement "Made in China 2025", the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology launched the 2016 special action for smart manufacturing pilot demonstration.
During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, the intelligent manufacturing project will simultaneously implement the popularization of digital manufacturing and the demonstration of intelligent manufacturing, focusing on the key tasks of the "Five-Thirty-Five", namely: conquering five types of key technical equipment, consolidating the three major foundations of intelligent manufacturing, and fostering and promoting Five new models of intelligent manufacturing, to promote the integrated application of intelligent manufacturing complete sets of equipment in ten key areas. On March 31, 2016, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Notice on the Implementation of the 2016 Special Actions for the Smart Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration" and issued the "Smart Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration 2016 Special Action Implementation Plan" to summarize the implementation of smart manufacturing in 2015. On the basis of the special action of manufacturing pilot demonstration, continue to organize and implement the 2016 special action of intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration.
　　 The "Implementation Plan" clarifies the overall thinking and goals of the special action. It is clarified that in 2016, we will continue to adhere to the policy of basing on national conditions, overall planning, classified policy implementation, and step-by-step implementation, further expand industry and regional coverage, continue to focus on the enthusiasm of the enterprise, the continuous growth of intelligence, the safety and control of key technology and equipment, and the foundation and Environmental cultivation. Through pilot demonstrations, we will further improve key technical equipment and industrial Internet innovation capabilities, form a batch of smart manufacturing standards in key areas, and continue to form and promote new smart manufacturing models. The smart workshop/factory pilot demonstration project has been continuously improved for 2-3 years, achieving a 20% reduction in operating costs, a 20% reduction in product development cycle, a 20% increase in production efficiency, a 10% reduction in product defect rate, and a 10% increase in energy utilization.

Focusing on key manufacturing links, among enterprises that meet the standards of the integration of industrialization and industrialization management system, in key regions and industries with conditions and foundations, especially new industrialized industry demonstration bases, pilot demonstration projects will be selected and discrete intelligent manufacturing will be carried out by classification. , Process-based intelligent manufacturing, network collaborative manufacturing, large-scale personalized customization, remote operation and maintenance services 5 new models of pilot demonstrations. In order to promote the implementation of the special action, the "2016 Smart Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Project Element Conditions" will be compiled and released in the near future, and based on this, more than 60 smart manufacturing pilot demonstration projects will be selected. At the same time, it has deployed the construction of a comprehensive standardization system for intelligent manufacturing, initiated and organized the implementation of intelligent transformation in key areas, carried out the construction of intelligent manufacturing network security assurance capabilities, carried out the exchange and promotion of intelligent manufacturing experience, organized the centralized display of intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration projects and other key tasks .
